The 24–144 Core Micro Blown Cable is specifically designed for high-density fiber optic network expansion using microduct systems. With a compact, lightweight, and flexible construction, it supports air-blown installation into 10/12 mm microducts, minimizing civil works while maximizing deployment speed and scalability. Ideal for FTTx, metro networks, and 5G infrastructure requiring large core counts in tight spaces.

    • Loose tube construction with 4–12 tubes, each containing 2–12 fibers

    • Central strength member for structural stability

  • Tube Filling:

    • Each loose tube is filled with thixotropic gel to prevent water ingress and cushion fibers

  • Sheath:

    • Outer sheath made of ultra-low friction LSZH or TPU, optimized for air blowing

    • Designed for use in 10 mm / 12 mm inner diameter microducts

  • Outer Diameter:

    • Typically ranges from 5.5 mm to 8.5 mm, depending on fiber count
